Restorative dentistry

Restorative dentistry refers to dental procedures that repair a tooth. At Exclusive Dental, we use restorative dentistry techniques to restore the function and health of teeth and to enhance the appearance of the teeth.

Restorative Dentistry Procedures:

Dental fillings

When bacteria gets into the enamel of your tooth and creates a cavity, it needs to be filled to protect the tooth. During a cavity filling procedure, we remove the damaged part of the tooth and fill the hole with composite material. The dental filling will prevent the bacteria from continuing to infect the tooth.

Root canal therapy

The main reason for getting a root canal is when the inside of the tooth gets infected. During a root canal procedure, we clean out all of the infected pulp from inside the tooth and the root canal. Next, we rinse out the infection and fill the inside of the tooth with composite material. Finally, we add a crown to protect the tooth.

Crowns

A crown is a cover that is placed over a damaged tooth. At Exclusive Dental, we use crowns to restore the tooth to its normal function, size, and shape. Aside from restoring the health of teeth, crowns can also improve aesthetics by making your teeth appear whiter and straighter.

Bridges

A dental bridge is a false tooth that is typically made from porcelain- a material that matches the shade of your natural teeth. Dental bridges eliminate gaps and restore your teeth by literally bridging the gaps between missing teeth. The end result is a natural, functional and beautiful smile.
